Cancellation / No - Show Policy

 

Please fill out the New Client Intake Form which will be emailed to you. Make sure it is fully filled out at least 24 hours in advance of your session. This is to make sure you get the best outcome from your sessions.

 

Cancellation Policy/No-Show Policy:

Sometimes things happen and you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment and that's OK. There is no fee if notification is given at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

 

Notification that is given less than 48 hours prior to the appointment time will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount to the card on file. If YOU can fill your appointment spot, I will waive the fee.

 

 

Failure to arrive for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount to the card on file.

 

*NOTE* If I cancel on you short notice, your next massage with be discounted $20 from the session price.

 

Arriving Late:

Out of respect and consideration of my time and other clients, please plan to be on time. Arrive 10-15 minutes early for any appointment in order to get the full time scheduled. If you arrive right on time or late, I can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment and you will be responsible to pay the full length of the session you requested.

 

*This time is scheduled just for you and only you which is why I require a credit card on file or prepayment to reserve and guarantee your appointment. However, it WILL NOT be charged unless you do not adhere to the Cancellation/No- Show policy.

 

Refusal of Service

For safety purposes, I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time for any reason.

 

Reasons may include but are not limited to:

  • Illness or infectious conditions

  • Sexual or romantic advances

  • Derogatory comments

  • Intoxication

  • Contagious and or unidentified skin conditions etc.

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

Open Communication:

In order to receive the best massage therapy possible, you must communicate ANYTHING and everything, including your needs, preferences, requests, or feedback, at any time before, during, or after your massage.

 

Please communicate right away if there is anything distracting you or if you feel uncomfortable at any time during the session so that adjustments can be made. As your massage therapist, I truly want your HONEST feedback—positive or negative—and will not take offense to it.
